My red crocs that is accompanying me in my journey in beijing =)

It's Day 5 and in case you don't already know, I'm currently staying in 北京市华清家园小区8号楼。The area is populated by foreign students like me. According to regulations, we are supposed to register our place of residence within 24 hours of moving into our apartment, so here we are today, at the police station (派除所). Alas, we came to the wrong place because our residence is not under the control of this police station. Nevertheless, I had fun taking pictures of the very first police station I've ever stepped into.

No hunks for your viewing pleasure..

For some reason, all 4 of us have been exhausted after days of house hunting and shopping (items to be placed in our home). While waiting at the centre for our turn to register, we doze off one by one

Our poor plumber who waited for us for more than an hour, trying to diagnose our faulty shower tap. Seems that the problem cannot be fixed yet.
